Warranty
At StayDads, we design our HeroPans to last through real family life, from weekday chaos to weekend feasts. Every pan is built to deliver lasting performance, and we proudly stand behind its quality.
Our Promise
All HeroPans cookware comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. That means if your pan arrives damaged or has a production fault, we will replace it with no hassle.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse (dropping, overheating, or scratching with metal tools)
- Failure to follow care or cleaning instructions
- Normal wear and tear, including minor surface marks or cosmetic discolouration
- Commercial or restaurant use
Eligibility
This warranty applies only to original StayDads customers or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty is non-transferable.
Only products purchased directly from StayDads.com or our authorised sellers are covered.
